RARELY DOES CREATIVITY COME FROM INDIVIDUAL STROKES OF GENIUS

RATHER, INNOVATION IS GENERATED THROUGH CONVERSTIONS WHERE GROUPS OF PEOPLE BUILD UPON EACH OTHER’S IDEAS, THOUGHTS, AND FEELINGS.

OUR WORKSHOPS IN COMMUNICATION ARE JUST THAT - WORK SHOPS THAT BUIILD TRUSTING, AUTHENTIC CONVERSATIONS AND RELATIONSHIPS.

COMMUNICATION FOR EQUITY WORKSHOPS

Communication is the foundation of relationships. It creates connection, cohesion and culture. Through strong relationships, people—students, educators, parents/guardians, and administrators—are more open-minded and willing to take risks and work collaboratively. In a highly interactive, behavior-based learning experience, we delve into listening and speaking skills that teach you how to build strong relationships.

Currently, we offer three versions of our workshop, Communication for Equity. All three versions emphasize similar skills in active listening, speaking and navigating courageous conversations. Depending on what would be meaningful to your participants, we customize this content (activities, examples, roleplays, etc) around you.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

Leading people through healthy, ongoing conversations with no surprises, produces a culture of greater growth and leads to real results.

TEAMWORK

Creating a team culture of feeling psychologically safe and having equity of energy and voice.

This workshop focuses on building strong relationships and creates a sense of dedication and belonging.

CONNECTION WITH CARE

How to create a sense of belonging through interactions with internal and external stakeholders. This workshop will help build the skills and mindsets critical to service-solution transactions.

OUR MODEL EMPHASIZES THE IMPORTANCE OF UNDERSTANDING THE SCIENCE, EMOTIONS AND STRATEGIES OF COMMUNICATION, SO THAT PARTICIPANTS LEARN AND PRACTICE HEALTHY MINDSETS THROUGH ACTIVE PARTICIPATION.

OUR FACILITATORS DEMONSTRATE EVERY SKILL THEY EXPECT TO SEE FROM PARTICIPANTS AND THEN THE ATTENDEES PRACTICE. OUR PHILOSOPHY IS TO MAKE THE CONTENT MEANINGFUL, YET FUN - WE LEARN BEST THROUGH LEVITY, HUMOR, AND LAUGHTER!

WE DON’T SCARE OR SHAME PEOPLE.

WE DON’T LECTURE THEN COLD CALL AND EXPECT PEOPLE TO PRACTICE SKILLS IN FRONT OF EVERYBODY. WE USE GRADUAL RELEASE OF RESPONSIBILITY (GRR) MODEL.

WE DON'T OFFER TRAINING THAT PROMOTES A “CHECK OUT” ENVIRONMENT.

WE ARE NOT A “ ONE AND DONE” TRAINING. OUR CONTENT IS EVERGREEN AND THE SKILLS LEARNED CAN BE APPLIED THROUGHOUT ONE’S CAREER.
